Cross-country Skiing: Rudy Project claims first gold

Johan Olsson take the top spot of the podium wearing Genetyk™ Racing Pro

The cross-country skiing World Cup 2011/12 opened in Sjusjoen, near Lillehammer, Norway, and Rudy Project inaugurates the new season to the sweet sounds of victory: in the 15 km Swedish Johan Olsson took the top spot at the podium, claiming a surprising victory with a time of 32'40"9, while in the relay portion on the second day of competition the Finnish Lahteenmaki and Sarasoja came in third in the women’s 4x5 km and the Swedes Olsson and Halfvarsson in the men’s 4x10 km.

Taking the slopes along with these undisputed champions were Rudy Project’s Noyz and Genetyk Racing Pro Yellow Fluo eyewear. Cutting-edge technology and performance together with a wrap-around design to enhance ergonomics and, thanks to the adjustable temples and nose piece, simultaneously guarantees perfect adherence to the face and maximum comfort. In addition Noyz is characterized by an open ultra-light frame in Grilamid material to provide optimum airflow, while Genetyk goggles guarantee a wide field of vision. Both models are outfitted with multilaser blue lenses: the innovative mirror coating reflects light and eliminates eye strain caused by the sun.

The goals of Rudy Project athletes this year are once again clear: finish on the podium. In order to guarantee maximum visibility during competition and ensure protection from blinding photo flashes after a victory, Rudy Project eyewear is the surefire choice. Success is certain.
